I don't know, but it is fun to throw line ups out there. Dawe appears to be a crafty gifted playmaker and scorer, so it is hard to imagine him on the 4th line. Seems like the type you need to match up with talent that can take advantage of his playmaking.

I thought maybe Shea would be a good third line center. Here is what I think could be a nice line up.

Congrats to Renwick and Morrissey and Notre Dame Hounds winning AAA Canada championship, the Telus Cup!

Also, congrats to Theissen for evening up the series at 1 apiece for the Avanet cup(battle between MJHL and SJHL)!

And congrats to Schmidt-Svestrup(3 assists) and Drobot on a win to tie USHL semifinal match!

Great play by future Blackbears.

Renwick finished the with 10 points on 1 goal and 9 assists over 7 games played. He had 3 helpers in the final game.

Morrissey finished with 8 points on 2 goals and 6 assists over 5 games played.

Thiessen back stopped his team to a 2 games to 1 advantage in the anavet cup series saving 23 of 25 shots.

Schmidt-Svestrup had 2 goals and 1 assist to help Fargo gain a two games to one advantage in USHL semifinals(Fargo vs. Waterloo).

Craig Needham had 2 assists to help Youngstown gain a two games to one advantage in the other USHL semifinal(Youngstown vs. UsaU17).

Theissen bounced back and stopped 24 of 25 shots to help Steinbach win a tight game 2-1. Steinbach now has a three games to two advantage in the Anavet cup( SJHL champs vs. MJHL champs).

Theissen just back stopped his team to the Anavet cup championship.

He will go backstop his team next in RBC cup... which is top final in Canadian junior a, I believe.

In this article from a week ago the say Ben Poisson is coming back in the fall to play for Spruce Kings.

So my guess is he would start at Maine in fall of 2019 with a lot of other 99 birth years.

Also, Matt Thiessen was drafted by Dubuque in the second round of the USHL draft this morning. Let's hope he plays there next season on his way to Maine for fall of 2019. I doubt they would waste a second round pick unless they were sure Thiessen would play in USHL.

This announcement says 2019/20 season for Poisson. He got best sportsmanship award. Maybe this is how Red will get the penalty minutes down. :D

Evidently he missed 29 games due to a ruptured spleen. Sounds like a great recruit to me.

Very strange there would be three black bears in a row taken. Is it safe to say Kleiboer isn’t coming next year? What do you make of Farrell going so late?

And Peca was a recruit and decommitted. So, could have been 4 in a row. Yes, I think this is and indication Kleiboer is coming to Maine in 19/20 season. I am not sure I know enough about their draft to comment too much about Farrell going late and Renwick not at all. I believe they limit the number of imports.
