If you listen to this podcast you will find he doesn't want to play major junior and he is excited about coming to UMaine where fellow Notre Dame Hounds will be playing(Adam Dawe, Tim Gould, and Brad Morrissey). This is last we heard and so that is as good of an indication as you will get for any recruit.

Hopefully he will get a chance to play in the USHL. It doesn't look like he's been drafted by any team yet, and he's 18 so I'm not sure what to think.

I heard there was a potential recruit from Michigan at the Providence game Saturday, guess he the one...

According to this tweet Aberdeen Wings tendered him, so I think this means they signed him and gave up their first round pick in the NAHL draft... But I am not a hundred percent sure if that is how that works. Maybe someone that knows the NAHL better can comment.

They seem like solid recruits, of course having never seem them its nearly impossible to say. Should be interesting though. Do you expect Bruneski to actually come to Orono next year?

Difficult getting prep stats, how has Nick Capone been doing? local lad.

I maintain all umaine recruit stats, including prep players, as well as expected arrival dates in the link at the bottom of my signature.

As for Nick.. he had a very good season. Waiting to see if he gets called up to Tri-City to finish out the season. They are comfortably in first place and chasing the Clark Cup so might not happen.
