What I thought would happen. Win at BU. But have to rest team and win Monday. We have a better team than what anyone knows. PERIOD.

This was the type of game where Maine's size advantage was very noticeable against BU. Didn't really have many moments where BU was able to take control of the puck which was good to see. BU is talented but clearly losing so many players hasnt allowed this team to gel and thankfully we took advantage of this tonight.

Swayman's positioning was about as close to pristine as you could ask for. He was excellent tonight and we'll deserving of the goose-egg on the scoreboard.

After playing a good complete game like this (aside from the bone-headed two handed slash from Vesey), would anyone be surprised to see Maine win a weak Hockey East? I certainly wouldn't be shocked if it happens.

Brown is a trap game. Win HE, I doubt it, let me see them beat PC and NU. BC wins HE

Jeremy Swayman just became the first Maine goalie to win a shutout at BU. Blair Allison earned a 26-save shutout 2/19/94 in a scoreless tie.

Really nice team effort tonight. BU is (via their results) kinda average, but I'll take it. Swayman was as good as usual, and should get every start from here on out.

And Maine must not overlook Brown. BU wasn't a quality win, but Brown would be a really bad loss.

Actually we don't have to be quite for me. Be proud and loud. We went to the heart and killed it. And in my opinion LeCroiux was our champion and leader! 🤔
