I know people get hooked on speed but its about coverage and stick presence. Western Michigan against Lowell looks slow AF and they are 2 in the country and are playing great
 
Road teams are ruling Hockey East tonight. Maine over QU 4-2, BC up 5-1 at RPI and Northeastern leading 3-1 in Amherst. Unfortunately, that also applies to HEA teams hosting non-conference foes. Lowell losing to Western 2-0 and BU celebrating Christmas early gifting turnover after turnover to Sparty. 3-1 late in the second. Only home team winning is UConn with a 3-1 lead over Bucky.

Maine being opportunistic with counters. Q forechecking hard and Maine springing guys catching them cheating. But they will need to forecheck hard on Maine to get back in it. Let’s see if our team defense can play sound and chip pucks out if they need to diffuse that aggressive forecheck.
 
Need to just chip pucks out at this point, I’d have Max Scott out there a lot even call time out to get him on the ice a lot. He seems very good defensively. Motew looks solid defensively on D, so hope he gets a lot of these minutes.

The nice thing about not being an admin anymore is I can safely ignore people who are aggressively rude and offensive.
