Barr did not sound very happy in the post-game interview, but they gutted out a road win.
They played with fire for sure but gutted out a road win. Looked ugly all night honestly. Not sure how many blocked shots they had but felt like a bunch, really helped Boija out.

Solid and much needed win. Penalties have to be addressed but really liked what I saw from James and Peluso. Speculation from commentators about nadeau seemed odd as Demitri said illness. Little irresponsible in my opinion considering that game was on nesn.
Focus should be on trying to make their way into the top 4 in Hockey East. Let go of this dream of an at large bid and give yourself the best chance at winning the HE tourney.

I wasn’t watching that closely but seemed like a solid enough performance. Maine rode their luck to some degree but good on them for taking advantage of it. With all that being said if you need the rub of the green to beat a team that’s 50 in NPI it probably isn’t a great sign.
It’s odd to read that there are multiple theories around what’s going on with Nadeau. Hopefully he is back next weekend.

Peluso looked great tonight. I thought Djuresevic and Russell turned in great games too.
I thought Nobes looked well in there. Usereau had troubles.

Barr was reportedly not happy with the team after the game. Is he EVER happy? He just doesn't seem like a glass half full type of guy.

He was happy after Maine won the hockey east championship.
Other than that, never happy or satisfied.
But that is what we need. A coach that always pushes them to be better.
