UAH is coming off a loss and a tie against the purple cows. SCSU got swept (and it sounds like deservedly so) by UNH.

Nic Dowd's hometown team comes into town and I really hope SCSU reciprocates with a two-game series in their barn next year. Not a neutral site series, two real home games for the Chargers.

Also, gfm, how did the WCHA visit go and when will we get word about if you guys are gonna find a golden ticket in your Wonka bar?

After a tough start to the season the Chargers are good for what ails us, and hopefully a sweep can propel us to a good weekend against the purple cows.

They have at least one fan on here. And their interwebs are usually fueled by fried chicken and chitlins. They're covered.

One of St. Cloud's forwards / centers breaks his leg. Team has early season losses. Sounds like deja vu all over again.

Hope we are not 0 - 5 when I go to the game on October 27th.

Well, not much to be optimistic about, Euro. If we sweep, big deal because we were supposed to. If we don't sweep, our prospects for this season don't look too hot.

Yeah, if we don't sweep call off the season... I mean look how far back we'll be in the WCHA standings.

You wanna explain to me how our prospects in March and April look are based on one series in October against a non-conference opponent and us throwing a brand new goalie out there?
