UAA has played awful defense lately, and the scoring isn't exactly plentiful. I'd expect a split, with UAA winning Friday and UW winning Saturday.

That they only mention Friday's game? Maybe there is a special guest coming? Or maybe whoever wrote that just isn't smart enough to realize they play series, not just individual games?

I wonder if there will be the same security measures for the women's game against UMD at 2 that same day? Granted, not the same size crowd, but what will be different at night vs. during the day?

I think Chuck is onto it as they are only talking about Friday night. It must be a guest that requires extra security.

As much as some loathe the governor, I can't imagine that he's in any physical danger at a Badger Hockey Game. I mean if someone wanted to get at him, they could have done it already.

Wonder if it's the Pres? Seems awfully far-fetched, but who else's visit would require such measures?

Hope they don't have actionable intelligence about something else! :eek:

Gunderson, Kwas, Pustin, Pickering i know didn't make the trip. Only one i'm not sure on is Corbin Karl

And do you know if any of them is joining the team this week? I'm not saying any of them are. Assuming they aren't may perhaps be presumptuous.

No i don't DD, but i did go on a roadie with the boys 2 years ago, and they told me usually guys who stay behind don't come unless there's a huge slew of injuries.

They already made the trip? Did they come to Madison from Houghton? I guess that makes sense.
