Most of them have been. The refs have been more prone to letting them play tonight.

Our PK is going to be sub-60 percent after this weekend. That shouldn't even happen in frigging mites.

Wow. That is truly impressive.
Although, considering even the Gophers went about 30% when the two teams played, I guess it isn't that surprising.

Tech is clearly frustrated, and we get NMU on Tuesday.

We're probably going to have a repeat of Fight Night at the Berry. With similar results.

And keep in mind, SCSU's one 5 on 5 goal last night came when MTU had just gotten done with their PK and the skater hadn't joined the play yet.

If this officiating is as lopsided as Dirk is indicating it is, Tech is going to explode at the end of the game.

Earlier in the game, it would still have been 5x5 after that little bit in front of the net.

So in other words, NMU will run Genoe, injuring his leg and putting him out of commission for a month. Then Seth Soley is going to come down the rink and bump Stewart, who will violently fling himself to the ice, throwing his glove and blocker into opposite corners, and in doing so put his neck in the path of a skate, at which point he will fling his helmet off and act like he's just been shot.

Then, some NMU 4th line goon who will be playing in the IHL come April will grab Soley (dislocating his shoulder in the process), throw him to the ice, and proceed to beat the living sh*t out of him while he just turtles up and takes it to avoid further injury.

The difference is, this game will be played with WCHA refs. So, Todd Anderson will issue the NMU player a two-minute minor for roughing, and give Soley 5 and a game for something made up, like slew footing or clipping.
