The final episode of Leverage was shown last night.
I thought that it was a good way to end it, even if it wasn't intended to be the series finale.
TNT Cancels Leverage. Kinda bummed. I like the show but it does seem like it's run its course. Christmas night is the series finale.
The Wizard of Oz is on right now.
Old news!!!!
Need to watch that today. Sad to see it go.
Me too. Loved that show. The only thing that is puzzling isI don't think they ever got around to dealing with the case linked to Nate's son's death. It quickly became about the heist from the Interpol server. Did they ever wrap up that story? I may need to watch it again because I don't remember
Yes, I've been watching it, and I have the same exact opinion. But I think it's done on purpose, so people don't try to take the show seriously. Finally (more or less) caught up on TV.
Anyone else watch Wedding Band on TBS? Kinda crappy, but kinda funny.
And he was on Lost.As for Token Black Man on the show, I realized how I knew his face the other day. He was the "operator" for the Nebakaneezer in the last two Matrix movies and the yoga instructor that dies in one of the Dead Like Me episodes. I looked up his information on IMDB after the fact, and I had no idea that the guy was over 50. He looks like he's in his 30's, early 40's at the most.
Harold Perrineau? He had a big role in this last season of Sons of Anarchy too.And he was on Lost.
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALT!
It's season three actually. The first season was treated as a mini series. At least that's the category it was entered in for awards season. I have not watched it yet but I feel I need to.
So, now that I FINALLY got around to watching the season finale of Burn Notice... is Michael back in the CIA? And that's what Fiona is all upset about? Seems a bit implausible, but it's good TV so I'll go with it.
Actually, what I really want to know is, what happened to Fiona's accent? It's jarring hearing "Should we shoot them?" in (Gabrielle Anwar's credible attempt at) an Irish accent during the intro to every episode, and then in the show she just has a generic American accent. It appears so (though I am sure there is more to it) I would guess his taking down of the rogue CIA agent was enough to put him back in. I think the 'Fiona is mad because he is back in" angle is stupid because they already did it.
Which is even odder, given that she's a British actress.Actually, what I really want to know is, what happened to Fiona's accent? It's jarring hearing "Should we shoot them?" in (Gabrielle Anwar's credible attempt at) an Irish accent during the intro to every episode, and then in the show she just has a generic American accent.
Michael called her on it in the 2nd episode of the series (when she changed it). She said since she was living in America she didn't want to go around sounding like "a leprechaun"Actually, what I really want to know is, what happened to Fiona's accent?
