tUMD @ UMTC : The in-state rivalry revisited!

Re: tUMD @ UMTC : The in-state rivalry revisited!

Bulldogs better not take the goofers lightly. Remember the unranked gophers just split with the nationally ranked Beavers. They're obviously a dangerous team to play. Is Lou Chia still the coach?

I have no worries about tUMD players taking the Rodents lightly..I do, however think that the Goofers might overlook the Dogs because we lost to Tech:mad:. tUMD players are always fired up for this series, and that 8-1 thrashing last Saturday will provide some much needed confidence, as they travel down I-35 to invade Mariucci. Look for the dogs to be fired up and use their offensive explosiveness to over power the U's lackluster "D" on friday. Saturday, I am worried about the fatigue factor that goes with playing on the big sheet, but anything can happen.

My predictions...

Friday:

tUMD: 5
UMTC: 3

Saturday:

tUMD: 3
UMTC: 4 (in OT)

Re: tUMD @ UMTC : The in-state rivalry revisited!

that prediction was hard for me to deliver, but that is what my heart is telling me is going to happen. Hoping rather for 3 maybe even 4 points! 2 on the road is acceptable though!

I think you are now. Please continue in the same vein as Sunday.

Trust me, the Gophs aren't overlooking anyone at this point.

Re: tUMD @ UMTC : The in-state rivalry revisited!

This "Gophers overlook" crap is getting ridiculous. They haven't lost because they have overlooked anybody the last few years. They've just lost because they haven't been all that great.

If only they were just overlooking people.

That is the Gopher fan we all know and trust in Skeeter. Now we are talking!

Re: tUMD @ UMTC : The in-state rivalry revisited!

I'm looking you over right now, baby. :)

(now, how sure are you about that statement you made?):D

Well, if I'm being looked over, at least I'm worth looking at. Ugh. I'm acting like Tubababe.

I texted crazypotatoes' old phone number today to offer him a tUMD jersey for this weekend and the person who responded was a bigger ****** than crazypotatoes! What is this!?

Edit: 4four4, I'm not a dude... how could you not know that?

I doubt it. For Bakunin's reason, and also for the reason that he never sees me. Ugh, please don't bring him into this thread to spaz about how much he "hates" me.

per DHG then confirmed by Heisenberg, tUMD lands Andy Welinski of Duluth East. Guess the Gophers didn't want him. :D
