Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

Wait, there are more threads on this site?

I suggest the Haku/Haiku thread. You'll have to search for it, unless I can find it first. Good stuff right there. Relatively. Sort of. Maybe. Kinda. Forget it. :D

I was receiving updates of said convo as it happened. He was quite justified.

Speaking of, apparently ST has removed me from her FB friends. Also, she keeps hitting on my cousin. It's slightly *insert my drunken phrase which was something like punelpestating and pustetting*

Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

Does anyone on here know anything about Corvettes. This dip5hit I went to high school with keeps trying to convince me that the parts for Corvettes are made in Japan. I have argued that the engines are built in Wixom, MI; and they are all assembled in Bowling Green, KY; but he is still convinced the parts could come from Japan. I can't find proof either way and its really starting to pi55 me off!

Icing on the cake is the guy is in love with Toyota Supra's.

Refresh my memory...for some reason I'm not remembering it...
Check your rep.

Well, if you cousin has a dick, that would explain it.

I would guess that certain parts are made overseas, as with most cars. But as St. Clown's link says, it is 80% US parts. I'm guessing than anything powertrain or drivetrain related is 100% made in the US, while most of the vast amount of electronics are probably coming from Japan or China. Some other parts that may come from overseas are interior plastic pieces, suspension parts, tires, etc.

I am confident in saying that the Corvette is just about as american as a car can get, given its history, being a Chevy, the 80% number that St. Clown posted, and most importantly it ****es off the japs and krauts when they get their *** kicked by the ZR1. :D

Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

Impreza > Outback. Fortunately for Boosh, he drives an Impreza hatchback. The guy driving around exposing himself was driving an Outback.

Maybe he was driving an Outback Sport. Or maybe the chick was so distressed by the schlong that she couldn't give a completely accurate description of the car. I'm not willing to let Boosh off the hook quite yet.

But in Boosh's case, she'd be doubled over laughing.

I texted Boosh when I got the email from public safety.

I also believe that his whole Broomball team believes it was him as well.

We should come up with a name for him. I suggest The Winter Carnival Weirdo.
