Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

I was figuring cocktail weenie.

I don't even know who we're talking about.

Read back:

Which Techie is this?

(541):
So, when he came he screamed MORTAL KOMBAT!!!! at the top of his lungs and all of his roomates yelled back FINISH HER!!!!.....yeah kinda akward

If ever Twitch had been talked about by a girl, it's right there.

The part that was obviously omitted, though, was that he hadn't even gotten his pants off yet.

Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

I found a similar TFLN a while back...the guy yelled BEAST MODE and flipped the girl over doggy style. If you don't get the joke, Google "Beast Wars Transformers."

EDIT: Here it is.

(516):

Things to remember: Girls don't appreciate it when you yell "Beast Mode!" when switching to doggy style.

I remember that one.

BTW, Fri is no go for Chez Rube. We're getting our arse kicked every day. Like, even the Big Boss is shocked and doesn't understand how or why. With the numbers we're getting, we should have 160+ manhours scheduled every day this week. So far, the most we've had scheduled (the max we can possibly have, except for OT, btw) has been 145 (today). Otherwise it's been 120-130 manhours/day for the past week.

That's fine. I'll go buy a case of beer and listen to my game on the radio...followed by you guys crapping the bed against UND. ;)

Actually, I kinda want Minnesota to win. Gotta root for the crappy team to keep UND behind us. ;)

Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

So, I go on PB's computer (as usual), and what do I see in the google toolbar?
"horny goat"

ctf: uhhhh.... honey, why the hell were you googling horny goat?????
PB: (in a matter-of-fact tone) it's beer!

This is one of the reasons you should never let other people use your computer, even if you are dating/married/roommates.

My boyfriend was using my laptop the other day and told me I really should clear my cookies.
So what if redtube is in the history

At least he hasn't found my saved stash yet

Re: TRP: The Speed vs. Comfort Conundrum

Shhhhhhh.
Don't tell him that!!!!
He already whined last night when I was shopping on his computer.

ah now you're snooping. Again, if you would put 1/7238748971348290134 the energy of your relationship into your studies you would probably be looking at graduating magna. Instead you're on the verge of failing at life and working a slop bucket the rest of your life.

Literally shopping. Like, for a textbook and clothes.
I don't snoop.
And I still could graduate magna. Maybe. Idk, the goal is to be up to a 2.6 by the end of this semester, and then a 3.2 by the end of the summer.

why don't you take a summer off? What the hell is wrong with you? Why do you want to enter the real world before you're 21? Trust me, no one is going to be impressed that you skipped kindergarten by that point.

I'm not graduating before I turn 21, sunshine.
I'm still graduating WHEN I'm 21.
Because I have a minor, and have a few credits that I need to make up for from last semester, and never ever want to have more than 15 credits, and might want to do a co-op at some point... I'm taking summer classes since I'll be up here anyways.

co-ops are great. At least mine, I got to earn a bunch of cash and it meant an extra semester of school. I still only took 8 semesters of classes, but took 4.5 years which meant an extra season of football and hockey as a student/band geek. One of the best things I've ever done. Oh....and it lead to my full time job now. Even if hadn't lead to me working for the company I co-oped with...that job experience is a great thing for a resume and to put you ahead of your peers coming out of school.

A 3.2 GPA won't even get you close to Magna status. That won't even put you on the Dean's List. You can still finish strong, though, provided you get off the computer and get to work.
