Re: TRP: Sloppy Seconds & Leftovers

However, you go to see your boyfriend.
This girl goes to see me, Yager, bb_dl, cp, and the like.

Way different.

No. Not really. I travel, frequently, to Houghton to visit a Tech student, often missing events with my friends and even my own team's games. It's a smaller scale version of what SiouxTechie does, and at the core it's very similar.

I live in the UP. I date a Tech student. I'm a fan of NMU hockey. Really, I'm beyond help. I appreciate the effort though. :)

You're beyond help?
Hell, at least you're a step above me.
I live in the UP. I date a Tech student. I AM a Tech student. And I'm a fan of Tech hockey.

Well, I'm glad to see there was almost a page about my travels and such where I was not involved in the posting. Don't you guys have school or work or sleep or anything better to do? :p

Also just for the record... I live in North Dakota, drive anywhere from 3-9 hours one way to see my Techies (whom none of them are my significant other), am a fan of SIOUX hockey, and am not a student just a working girl. I think I win this little argument you 2 are having.

I think I said you win, too :p

I think all three of you loose, there are no winners where visiting Houghton is concerned.

So you're a working girl? A girl does need to make a living.

I don't think that means what you think it means. Unless there's something you want to tell the group.

If I were a real estate developer trying to get people to buy 1-bedroom condos in a mediocre neighborhood for $300k a pop, I think I might be able to find five minutes to proofread my sponsored links.

That would explain all the trips to Houghton, tax deductible as a business expense.

Re: TRP: Sloppy Seconds & Leftovers

That's a good business model. Supply and demand...and we all know what Houghton lacks a supply of...:D

...besides a competitive college hockey program. ;)

Re: TRP: Sloppy Seconds & Leftovers

I'm guessing that DL is currently somewhere between an ATM and Fargo, after reading that ST is a working girl.

Re: TRP: Sloppy Seconds & Leftovers

That's like saying WI has fewer inbreds than the UP. Or that Alabamans are smarter than Mississippians.

I'd question that first one, WI has a much larger population then the UP. On a percentage basis sure, but on a raw quantity I'm not sure.
