Yes. There are quite a few programs out there for that. I can't recall any off the top of my head but I know they exist.

Bought my plane tickets for the Frozen Four, finally. $175 round trip, I'm quite happy with that; passed on $250 a few weeks ago, thought I'd cost myself some money by doing that, and wound up finding a cheaper fare from a more convenient airport instead.
