I've suggested in the past that our league goes to individual QB, but it never goes over too well. I've lost too many games due to going against someone like Philly QB. McNabb has a solid day, (yes i know he's in washington now, but this is going back a few years) lets say its a 275 yd 2TD day and Phily is up 38-7 in the middle of the 4th quarter thanks to Brian Westbrooks 3 TDs. He get's pulled for some stiff and instead of just running out the clock, this backup goes out there and put's up 2 more TDs and 125 yards in garbage time and I lose because of it.

I just gave up on trying to change anything. Just like Brent use to bring up adding Defense/special teams every year. Our league is pretty set in it's ways but there's a lot of history.

As for Team Kicker, We all hate kickers so we don't want to really put too much thought into them.

Yeah, I gave up on the D/ST. My new quest is required TE.

So I take it you didn't decide to go to machete on monday night, so you don't want me to try to be back at a decent time like we talked about saturday? :p

I'll be having to go back to the farm on monday night anyway, so it might not work out the best. Let me know what you decide and i'll see if i want to try to make it.

1 and a half hour commutes each way is going to make me go insane...and broke.

Well, i'll be shooting guns and drinking beer on saturday, while getting introduced to bacon's (my buddy) little sister's friends. Since he was the beneficiary of my little sister being at tech for 3 years. Its nice of him to reciprocate. :D

You're telling me.

It's open roster after the draft, btw. If you want to pick up 7 QBs, go for it.

I'd say 90% of these rules were made when the league ran all on paper. Check the newspaper for boxscores, mail out the updates on standings/etc, that sort of thing.

It's since been upgraded to using an Apple IIe.

I'm old. I forget things.

But more often than not, my thoughts are correct. Most monitors were green until the IIe came out.
