Better question, why would anyone want to cover an Evanescence song?

Bring Me to Life isn't really all that bad. Some of Evanescence's stuff is ok. Granted, when you listen to a lot of other bands that Evanescence sounds like, you come to appreciate how awesome other bands are, but still, for an American band, they ain't too shabby.

Has anyone else heard Chris Hawkey's (from KFAN's morning show) band, Rocket Club? They're a country band without a record label and their new single is climbing the country billboard charts. I'm really liking the song and I can't believe its one of the doofuses from the morning show that is the lead singer.

I was buying the dvds. The first three seasons were great, the fourth season decent, but then the fifth season I stopped watching after three or four episodes.

Yeesh... I had just added all of them to my instant queue. Another one I had high hopes for was Heroes. I was told it turns to absolute crap by the end of season 2.

Even Season 2 was awesome. 3 was definitely the beginning of the end of it's "quality". I kept going hoping it would recapture that magic it had... but...

You are wrong. Morris is a moron and Hawkey can be annoying but Sludge rules. Except for his love of the Timberpups. That is sad. KFAN is pretty unlistenable overall though. Ever since Puffy went all puffy, PA has gone downhill. Common Man wore out his schtick three years ago and Barrierro can just be a pompous dink.

I like the morning show, never used to, but now it is growing on me. Superstar is pretty easily the weakest link, but I like Hawkey, Sludge and Meatsauce. PA is usually unlistenable. Common is still good. Barrierro is very hit and miss (but he also has the best stuff on the station whenever he gets Lou Nanne on and when the Gerby bit comes out)

That was a show that was destroyed by the writer's strike. There were huge plans for it (as well as spin-off comicbooks and webisodes), but when the strike hit, the show wasn't able to continue to maintain quality writers (not sure if they used picketline crossers or the writers just mailed it in) and it really doomed the show.

You might like the 4400 which was on USA around the same time. Only lasted 3 seasons, but I really enjoyed it.
