I almost wish my parents had used some kind of "creativity" enhancing substances when they chose my name. I was one of 9 people in my graduating class with the same first name, and of that number, 5 of us had the same first and middle names. It may not sound that high, but we were all in the same classes all the way through, and more often than not we ended up sitting by each other.

My name is pretty common. I used to think my last name wasn't, since it took until HS for me to hear of someone with the same last name that I wasn't related to. On Spin City, Michael J. Fox's character has my EXACT name (middle name was used in one episode...sure enough).

My first name's common, my last name isn't uncommon (though spelled in different ways), but it's surprisingly rare that anyone has my middle name.
Except, apparently, for serial killers.

My last name is not that uncommon, but my family isn't related to the other families with that last name (ours is a shortened Polish last name).
My first name's common, my last name isn't uncommon (though spelled in different ways), but it's surprisingly rare that anyone has my middle name.
Except, apparently, for serial killers.

I was almost an Aaron instead of a Mark.
I have a moderately rare German last name.
Oddly enough, my father ran a tax preparation business for a while, and 4 of his customers had my last name...none related.
And my mother's maiden name is just one vowel off from my last name.

Not only is that my Dad's middle name, he was also born on 4/20 (Hitler's birthday, Waco, Columbine, etc.).
Facebook turns up about 10 people with my name, yet I've got 6 out of the 10 top google hits for my name (with the other 4 going to generic pipl/linkedin sites).

My parents didn't decide on my name until the day I was born. My dad wanted to name me Lincoln, Duncan, or Harrison. My mom wanted me to be named Jefferson. They must have been watching NBC to change their minds.

It always seemed as if my first name was relatively popular, however, I was the only Molly in my high school at all while I was there. (Granted that wasn't a huge number, but still) My middle name is less common, and the only person I know of with it is a chick off of the Real World who has it as her first name. (Johanna) My last name is Swedish, and it's made famous by a fantastic NHL player, and I know a few up here, but am related to all of them, except the ones from Ontonogan.
Edit: I believe every google result is me.

I've only met one other person with the same first name as me. Pro athletes do not count (Zach Thomas, Zach Randolph, etc). I'm also one of the rare people who spell it the right way (with a K instead of an H).
My middle name is really rare...no one can ever guess it without going online and looking through baby names (it starts with an E...good luck).
Last name is also rare...never met anyone with it that I wasn't related to.
