I could bore you all on the systems and limitations of the E170, but I want to stab this airplane with the composite material that it's made of.
On the plus side, I got my airline id.![]()
I bet he went with Bro Gin instead. Is that like an Air Force callsign? Does this mean we can finally call you Sloe Vag over a radio and other people will know who we're talking about?

Granted, I should have specified, but I'm fully aware of what an Embraer is.I was talking about the bolded part:
Gotcha. Carry on then, since you're already enlightened.![]()
I'll let him keep thinking what he wants to think.![]()
If I knew what an airline ID was, I wouldn't have asked, Foxton3.![]()
I was wondering when this would be brought up...For the record, what you're referring to is a callsign. And those are preset. The airline I am going to work for is called "Brickyard" due to the company being based in Indianapolis and the Indianapolis airport is close to the 500 speedway. It has nothing to do with MNS's yard.
an airline id is what an airline employee wears on their person at a given time. Generally it is used to get into secure areas, such as crewrooms and down jetbridges to access aircraft. It also allows employees to identify themselves to other airline personnel and therefore be granted access to certain privileges, such as riding as a passenger on airplanes.
Does that answer your question Casey Jones?![]()

So, it DID have nothing to do with a *tty commuter jet. Like I thought.
And I hope the picture on your ID sucks.![]()

Heh, just remembered that I got fitted for a suit last night for a wedding. I broke the computers the last time I got fitted (Men's Wearhouse). Their computer refused the numbers fed to it, and they had to manually override it.
Side note: another person in the wedding in that instance also broke the computer, due to similar build, but he was 6'9".![]()
