Heh. Party just got busted across the way. A cop car did a drive-around about an hour ago (I could hear them over the tv quite easily, and no I wasn't the cop-caller), so no surprise. He didn't stop.

He did another drive-around about 10 minutes ago, and then maybe 6-7 cars left the lot. Whoops.

Honestly, it's before midnight on a weekend. Sure, they were loud, but let's be reasonable here. If it were 1-2am, I could see someone calling the cops, but JFC live a little. Everyone was young once. Well, except maybe Greyeagle. :D

Yeah...that's bogus. But you never know...the person who called might have to work in the morning.

If you work on the weekend, it's something you should expect. I mean, when I worked overnights, I didn't complain about people mowing lawns at 8am, or whatever. :p

True. I hate those lawnmowers. At least they mow here on Mondays and not on the weekend.

At my old place, my "alarm clock" was the full-sized diesel truck a couple houses away that was started up at 7:30am every morning.

And here, if I have my windows open (which is most of the time), the recycling trucks/garbage trucks sure raise a ruckus at 7am.

Both are way worse than the party that got busted tonight.

So I got my new bed today, and it's obviously way taller than my old one. I went out looking for a taller nightstand to go with it...guessed at the height...and matched it exactly.

Yeah...I lead a really exciting life.

Hell, I played WHILE drinking sometimes. Let's just say the pockets of those stripes held a flask and mixer pretty well... :D

The clarinets were the alcoholic section for quite some time.
