I just got home from the hospital. Man, I'm sick of that place. My mom had an infection so bad in her knee that it made her - an advanced Alzheimer's patient - even more incoherent and confused.

That's what I thought, but when I went through on the computer, there's a formula to figure out and if you qualify, you get the "extra" $400. I had mine figured out manually and when I entered it in, I had exactly $400 extra, too. Then I found out about the credit.
