I am pretty sure that they are nearly the same distance away from Minneapolis, it must just be because Albertville is on the interstate.

Personally, I think you need to be inside the 494-694 circle or at least touch the circle to be considered a suburb. Saying Rogers is a suburb of Minneapolis is like saying Belgrade is a suburb of St. Cloud. While Belgrade is in Stearns County, it's a freaking hour away.

I think there are suburbs outside the loop. Coon Rapids, Andover, Blaine, and Champlin all come to mind.

Saying ANYTHING is a suburb of St. Cloud is ridiculous. It's like you're saying Mankato or Fargo have suburbs. It's just not happening.

To be suburb of those areas just add East, West, North, or South to the name and there is the name of the suburb.

Don't forget Sartell, Clear Lake, and St. Joseph.

Note: Clear Lake is part of the St. Cloud school district.

St. Joseph has separation from St. Cloud, I would veto that. Sartell is maybe semi-connected to Sauk Rapids so almost a suburb. How the heck is Clear Lake in St. Cloud's school district?

Clear Lake isn't that far from St. Cloud. I'm sure that I drove further to get to my high school than it takes to get from Clear Lake to St. Cloud.

Pretty much. Hell, the signs that show population say Mankato/North Mankato and give one number. Eagle Lake is the only other I would *maybe* consider a Mankato suburb.

St. Joseph is also in the St. Cloud School District. I would consider Sauk Rapids a suburb. I lived in Sauk Rapids and I was 3 blocks away from St. Cloud city limits.

The following should be considered suburbs of St. Cloud: Sauk Rapids, Rice, Waite Park, Sartell, St. Stephen, St. Joseph, Clear Lake.

Yeah, I don't care either. I don't plan on moving to St. Cloud. Ever.

Of course, I really don't care what is considered a suburb of Boston either.

Well, I'll close it out with this:

If you think St Cloud is redneck, I wouldn't DARE head into Sartell. Just sayin'. Spent more than a few days in Sartell for softball tourneys.

Me either and I live in MN. i didn't even care enough to take the original quiz DL posted the link to.
