Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

The woman who was sitting across from me on the subway this morning... wow.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

I think the new Zodiac may have displace Rex Ryan's foot fetish as the "news" item I care about the least.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

I'm very upset about it. I'm a Libra dammit. Nothing or no one can tell me differently.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

Actually, I think they have the best "American" cars out there right now. But, I agree anyways.
I'd go with GM.

GM's top-of-the-line stuff just blows away the competition, IMO. Corvette, Camaro (OK, I'd take a Challenger over the Camaro in a heartbeat), CTS-V, Escalade,...

I have a Dodge, but like I've said before, that is only because Dodge is the only company that can put that particular engine in a truck.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

I'd take the new Mustang GT with the 5.0 over both the Camaro and the Challenger any day. Hell, even the 4.6 **** near kept up with them. But, I can't argue against the Corvette and CTS-V. I guess I was more referring to the everyday commuter-type cars.

I also respect them for having a little foresight and restructuring before they had to be saved by the government.

They were saved by the Chinese government, under the table, about a year before the bailout of GM and Chrysler. It was very hush-hush, but there was alot of talk about it at the career fair @ Tech right after it happened. Ford pulled out at the last minute, and there were plenty of industry insiders at the career fair that weekend and knew what had happened. I believe they turned it around and got the Chinese paid back, but still.

The new Mustangs are OK, but I've never really been a huge Mustang fan after the '69 model year. The reasons why I like the Challenger are the reasons why Car & Driver, Motor Trend, Road & Track, etc. knock it down in those head-to-heads. It is much closer to the original muscle cars in attitude and handling than the other 2. It is bigger and heavier and more brutish, which I love.

Re: TRP: Alcohol-Induced Impotence

Anyone want to go out drinking tonight? I have a hankerin' for some liquor and random action. I want to go to toby's for the Christian Kane concert, but two nights in a row might be too pricey.
