This thread brings Pink Floyd to mind more than CCR.

At the risk of straying dangerously on-topic, maybe one of the phenomena discussed in this thread can explain the incredible persistance of USCHO's "D-III Question of the Week" over the better part of two years. A shame Plattsburgh was never able to regain the lead it surrendered to "Other" following the Neumann game...

How in he2sticks has this thread survived today? Oh, that's the thread title. Each today is precious. Planning tomorrows is nice, but at my age, I'm always thankful when today arrives. If I go to bed now, I will always wake up today. Sheesh!!!

Let me know what you think about the Sean Payton (Saints Coach) motivational video. I not sure if it could be applied to hockey.

Goes for hockey - or anything that requires resources that once depleted can't be replaced (youth in this example) - I like it - thanks for the post :cool:

I attended the Patriots/Saints joint practices in Foxborough at the Pats practice facility adjacent to the Stadium this past week. From my observation the Saints were a very well coached team and were out for practices before the Pats. The New Orleans Times-Picayune had a link to the video. From what I can gather Sean Payton is one great motitator of players.
