Fitchburg State defeated UMass Dartmouth 3-2.

Instead of a recap, here's the summary.

Goals:
FIT: Andrew Hutton (12) (Chris Riggs, Kris Threlkeld) - 7:43, 1st Period
FIT: Kevin McCready (13-PP) (Chris Brecken) - 1:55, 2nd Period
FIT: Thomas McAleer (11) (Chris Riggs, Pat Dolan) - 3:32, 2nd Period
UMD: Adam Horgan (5-5x3 PP) (Todd Bartelson, Joe Hill) - 9:08, 3rd Period
UMD: Rob Dudley (11-EA) (Joe Hill) - 19:14, 3rd Period

Goalies:
FIT: Robert Vorse: 21 Saves on 23 Shots (W, 11-3-1)
UMD: Jon Dryjowicz-Burek: 38 Saves on 41 Shots (L, 10-12-1)

Fitchburg and Salem will play at the Wallace Civic Center on Saturday for the MASCAC Championship.

And I'll be there (probably with green hair).

It's definitely 2:00. Youth hockey has the rink from 4:30 onwards.

If the game goes to a marathon, then what? Do we go across the parking lot?

Youth hockey has both rinks past 4:30.

If Fitchburg/Salem tries to do an impersonation of the MIAC, then the kids will have to wait. At least they'll have an entertaining game to watch while they're waiting.

(Random thought: How many people on this forum knew that the Wallace Civic Center has two rinks?)
