The "what are they doing now" thread.

OK, here's more of a trivia thread than anything. It's a game.

You pick a character or characters (TV or movie) played by an actor or actors.
You name them as that character but in a different role the actor played.
The goal is to name the movie or television show being referenced.

For example a clue would be: James Bond fights the Chicago mob.

The answer is: The Untouchables.

Why? Because Sean Connery (James Bond) starred as one of Elliott Ness' G-men and fought Capone and the Chicago mob in The Untouchables.

After a clue is posted the first person to (correctly) guess the answer gets to post the next clue.

I'll bat leadoff in the next post.

And the solution is:
Catch Me If You Can -- in that movie Dr. Grey (Ellen Pompeo, Grey's Anatomy) has sex with a "pilot" who is really a con artist and a minor (played by Leo deCap)

Or like the original 'splanation ...

Clue:
