Why land at St. Paul and not Flying Cloud, which is, you know....IN Eden Prairie?
It's all 35W; the amount of traffic coming from that highway / exiting to that highway is substantial enough to cause traffic backups even in the middle of the day (I had to deal with 5 miles of stop and go traffic at 1pm on Friday on 494 in the vicinity of 35W).
Depends on what kind of plane Wilf has. STP's longest is 6500.
