I watched Senator Fuck Nuts (Cruz) question her and it was all gotcha BS. She answered all the questions.

Yeah you can see on their faces how annoyed they are that she can speak well, answer their questions and ignore their BS. You can also tell they are all reading from the same script because they have no ability to follow up. I mean even a freshmen in college would be able to go "is there anything about the law you think is appropriate?" which would probably get them some decent clickbait headlines (none of the ones I saw did but I didnt watch the whole thing) but nah they just kept saying "are you saying other states are racist too?!?!" figuring since they are Blue she will defend them. (like they do all Red States) She of course didn't and used it as an opportunity to bring up the legislation in Congress.

The thing is, they all think they are smarter than her because she has a gap tooth and is a big Black woman from GA. They can't even fathom how smart she is because their White Supremacy beliefs won't allow it. They are like the guy in Starship Troopers (the film) who won't accept that there could be bugs with intelligence because it is an insult to him and his intelligence.
 
Kennedy is utterly loathsome and the worst kind of "party shmarty I just want power". He saw a dead end for him as a democrat, switched parties and decided his ride to fame would be yelling at a black president.

That is exactly it. She looks like their idea of a stereotypical step n fetch it and I love she hasn't tried to change her look for White America at all. She is full on fuck you to all racists, even the polite passive racists of nice middle class Democrats who read NYT and work their worry beads over reparations and radical police reform. That woman can be my President today if she wants, she is so much more of an American than any living Republican.

Barack was the pioneer and I appreciate and respect him tremendously. But he was still dressing nice and talking nice not to scare the white folks. Stacey is herself, period, you don't like it it's your problem.

The only ordinary people I know of who still worry about reparations are Dumpies. I think more people are coming to understand that reparations doesn't mean direct monetary payments to minorities.

We need to start asking ourself as a society why someone like that gets to go to Oxford and how someone like that gets to be a US Senator. Then after we figure it out (I have) we need to ask ourselves how to prevent it from ever happening again.

We are literally devolving ourselves out of existence.

My stepfather, who's a rather portly fellow and never met a pint of Ben & Jerry's he didn't like was making fat jokes about her.

Well you mentioned it before...Obama was Jackie Robinson. He had to play by the strictest of rules or the whole thing falls apart. (TAN SUIT!!1!1) That is why Branch Rickey chose Jackie over say Josh Gibson or Satchel Paige who were more deserving. They didn't have the temperament to deal with what was coming and not make a scene out of it.

Abrams doesn't need to be as perfect as Obama had to be, she can say be whoever she wants. The fact that she is one of the smartest and wonkiest people out there is icing on the cake. I would vote for her for any position but I still say (and this is no disrespect to Harrison) she should be in charge of the Democratic Party. What she did in Georgia was remarkable and that is what is needed in all 50 states.

If Abrams ran the DNC or the DSCC I don't know if we'd ever lose another close election again. She is the antithesis of the last 30 sad sack Clintonista years. The patient is dying, they were a band aid, she is open heart surgery.
