The States: Maybe A National Divorce Is A Good Idea After All

The MI House GQP Twatter account has been bleating the same Tweet every day for the last week, trying to blame Democrats' trifecta in the state gov't as the reason why Michigan's population continues to decline. Every day, they are dunked on in the replies. The most common reasons cited for leaving MI in 2022 were retirement, family, and accepting a new job out of state. Plus, weren't you fckers in charge of both houses last year (and every year from 2011-2022), when the stats you cite were collected and analyzed?

They also keep Tweeting nonsense about the battery plant that Gotion is planning to build near Big Rapids. That area needs good jobs, but because it's a big victory for Gov. Whitmer, naturally the MIGQP are tripping over themselves trying to tie the company and investment to some nefarious plot by China, the CCP, and the Dems to vacuum up US taxpayer dollars.

The Imperial Grand Wizard of the KKK endorsed Dump in 2000. You can't get more on the nose than that.

Michigan's been stagnant in population since the 70's

"Equal representation except for them queers"

what a fucking terrible state. Shouldn't have expected anything less from a state that leaves LGBTQ beaten and bloodied on a fence to die an agonizing lonely death.

Montana has introduced at least 11 pieces of anti-trans legislation this session alone.

the 41% attempted suicide rate? Those are the ones who lived to tell.

Rep Zooey has been banned from the Montana state house for the remainder of the legislative session.

Montana Rep. Zooey Zephyr called out performative actions of her GOP colleagues. “Behind the scenes, Republicans are expressing they wished the far-right contingent of their party didn’t push this, but they’re afraid of being primaried,” she told MSNBC.

So much character in that group!

So, if you're a senator who pays taxes, and you're voting on a tax bill, is that a conflict of interest?

Jesus, these people are such babies.

Or you go to a church but you're voting on laws about "religious freedom." It's the stupidest thing in the world. Truly worthy of that party.

According to the Nebraska GOP, standing up for your trans child is somehow a conflict of interest.

I don't know much about this woman, but I love that she's putting her career on the line for her kid and the trans community.

To be fair, the guy who filled the complaint is a known farkwad and only loosely an attorney. He got called out by Buttegeig in 2020 for being a racist, and writes for the American Thinker. It's not like the GOP itself filed the complaint.

There's also a Twitter thread following his shenanigans. https://twitter.com/janetherevelatr/status/1651417835476746249?s=20
