Re: The Power of the SCOTUS Part VII - The Bedrock of the Republic!

You sure do love to throw around ideological terms you don't fully comprehend the definition of. Maybe you could start working "Orwellian" into your rantings while you're at it? :D

To a certain kind of person, "communist" is anything to the left of him and "fascist" is anything to the right of him. Kinda like the joke about drivers.

Re: The Power of the SCOTUS Part VII - The Bedrock of the Republic!

Everyone thinks that the majority thinks like them. But most of the time they do not.

So why you get accused of being radically conservative a lot, maybe that is a clue where you really stand.

Being opposed to extremist radical Progressivism does not automatically make a person conservative, let alone "radically" conservative.

Whenever I take those "where do you stand on the ideology spectrum" tests, I get about 85% affiliation with the Green Party, about 40% with Republican, and about 15% with Democrat.

A radical conservationist is not at all the same as a radical conservative! :)

Whatever you say, domestic terrorist sympathizer. Go defend another meaningless shooting, because everyone knows a colourful toy in a certain shape is supposedly a threat to life.

Don't you know how the new world order works? If you don't 100% believe what they say, you're an enemy of the state.

Re: The Power of the SCOTUS Part VII - The Bedrock of the Republic!

You know what's funny? People like you said the exact same thing about Stalin. Maybe not in this specific environment, but they believed the "science" of Trofim Lysenko, and that the Kremlin would lead them to prosperity, all while those who said otherwise were shouted down in a manner you are currently doing. As much as I respect your freedom to be able to do such a thing, be very careful that you did not just bite the hook.

Sure thing...and you keep on looking for the boogey man and listening for those rogue sounds in your TV. Just because you got fleeced like a sheep by the GOP doesnt mean the rest of us are sheep too. :D

And now back to your regularly scheduled thread :)

Re: The Power of the SCOTUS Part VII - The Bedrock of the Republic!

There should be a Godwin's Law for Stalin. Gogol's Law?

Re: The Power of the SCOTUS Part VII - The Bedrock of the Republic!

Isn't it Godwin's law because the guy who created the theory was named Godwin?

Looks like you just created Kepler's law :p

Kepler already has three laws:

1. Never bet on Cornell in the regular season, but never bet against them in the playoffs.
2. Never bet against Clarkson in the regular season, but never bet on them in the playoffs.
3. Never bet for or against RPI.

Government is establishing the religion of atheism.

I don't see any of Richard Dawkin's books in marble on the state house grounds.

The absence of a statement of faith is not the same as the statement of an absence of faith.

not to mention it was ruled unconstitutional according to the State Constitution...who knows the language of the state constitution to know if they were truly wrong in their judgement?

When martial law starts, I'll make sure to send the blueshirts to your spider hole first! :p
