It IS Adrian's fault. If they'd won they could've played an East team, and the committee wouldn't have had to have 4 West teams to avoid flying.

(But I have t admit I don't get the reference to Concordia?)

BTW, it's Concordia (MN) that got screwed out of their at large bid :D

I actually said that if Adrian lost, Elmira would be out and St Thomas in. I guess I was half wrong.

Absolutely. This is one of those secret committee criteria for non-AQs that not many people know about--tie or better UC H2H to be eligible.
Elmira yes. Hobart no. ;)

Well, shoot....by that criteria everybody in the ECAC-W except Hobart would be eligible! :rolleyes:
