Per Red Zone:

Jamaal Charles has a torn ACL. Out for year.

KC might as well join the Suck For Luck Sweepstakes along with Indy.

How many teams can we have tanking for a shot at Luck by the end of the season?

Romo also out of the game. Came out of the locker room sans helmet. Kitna in.

I saw the injury. He brought it on himself with an unnatural step at the sideline, without contact. Had he taken his normal stride, he would have been fine.

Good god the Vikings are terrible. I think they're officially in the Luck sweepstakes. The Bills might have already played themselves out of it with 2 wins.

I think it's a battle between Chiefs, Colts, Vikings, Dolphins. Chiefs may not be necessarily in the hunt for another QB. So in the end it might come down to the Colts, Vikings, and Dolphins.

I think the #1 pick holds a ton of value even if a team doesn't even absolutely "need" a QB. If Luck is the player he's made out to be, you might be able to coax a desperate team into a pretty solid offer.

Absolutely. Don't be shocked if the Colts don't trade up for him. I really think he would be a nice QB in training for the day Manning retires.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Nice effort by Ray Edwards on a fumble recovery, but you're not outrunning DeSean Jackson.

Pretty good game so far.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Helluva effort by Tony G, but that's not a TD. Hand hits before the knee.

Edit: upon replay, I don't think he had control at the point the announcers say, but it won't be overturned.
