My mistake. You're just a whiny little baby about so many things, I can't keep them all straight. I apologize for the false accusation. Wouldn't explaining it again actually mean explaining it for the first time? You never really explain anything, you just say refer back to when you explained it, which you never do. Could you explain why you do that? Or will you instead just post a video of a two-legged horse and/or some derivation of it?

I agree. Go back to one ref and two ARs(Assistant Referees). That's how college hockey used to be. The ARs didn't make calls often, but they were usually warranted. The linesman/AR trailing the play can watch for cheapies...

Is the 4 official setup determined by each individual conference or mandated by the NCAA?

WTG Tech! One of the last rinks in the country to use a crappy old Freon system! I don't think that really qualifies them to be the Jones' though. Tech would be more like an old fuddy duddy who refuses to use a cellphone until 10 years after everyone else is. Way to join this century, Michigan Tech.

The lighting fine when you're in the building, its also fine for basketball on TV.

For some reason hockey in Magness looks like crap on TV because of the lighting. I'm starting to wonder if they didn't buy some sort of energy saving lights, because its looking like that was the problem with the Chiller.

Driving distances, traffic patterns and parking access won't change much in the next couple years, and nothing much can be done to change them anyway. However, current and prospective T.V. revenue probably had a major part in the N.D. decision to join H.E. and in membership decisions made by the new leagues. Network T.V. contracts are where the big money is, but there has been little discussion or even speculation on this site about network T.V. contracts and the new leagues. For the last 60 years the growth and development of sports has been dictated by the growth and development of T.V.. College hockey is not immune to this reality - and T.V. broadcasts will surely change the length and pace of hockey games.
