Wouldn't he be allowed to give an "already asked and answered" or "I refer you to" response and point to the deposition they're already holding?

In your "insurance" scenario, you submit the paperwork saying you were hit by a "red sedan". Later you find out is was an Audi S7 hatchback (that looks just like a sedan). Under EUO you say "red hatchback". So you're perjured for that? Seems harsh and that you should've just pointed to the submitted paperwork.


PS - All you need to know about Bannon is he was booted from Breitbart Radio! That takes some doin'.

Nope. Impeachable maybe, but those kinds of things don't drive perjury charges. They happen all the time in just about every case.

Sen. Hawley tells me he’s still undecided on ratifying Finland/Sweden membership in NATO. Rand & Lee already likely to vote no. Hawley wants leadership to split the votes (one for each country - won’t happen). This will get 95+ votes & likely wrap up before August recess.

Can't think of any logic that says to a Senator he should vote against Finland and Sweden joining NATO. Especially with how fucking stupid Russia is right now. But, there are probably not 3 bigger idiots in our Senate than Rand, Lee, and Hawley. Morons till the end. Three worthless states with idiots for voters.

Yeah the reason is quite clear...though it would be more apparent if (and maybe he is) RonJohn is part of it too.

I love this committee. So professional. So calm. No BS. This committee is eviscerating the former President and all the clowns that support him. At least I can take solace that history (for the next 50 years or so while humans still inhabit the planet) will have a correct record of that fucking asshole.

They are doing a great job. You are right, history will celebrate this as one of our finer moments, as long as we do something substantive and guard against the Nazis holding power. These traitors must be brought to justice, and this party must be punished for cynically going along with the lies and the criminality for their own personal enrichment. The Constitution says political parties in America must defend democratic institutions, not destroy them. Parties like the GOP who set out to end our democracy should be banned and the leaders prosecuted. Should have done it with the Breckenridge Democrats in 1861. Dumplicans are the same fucks, a century and a half later.

Elon Musk goaded Dump into losing control in a rage of personal attacks on "Parler" or somewhere, as part of the Musk plan to shepherd Dump's worshippers over to the winnable camp of "Ronnie D for PREZ!"... It's fascinating, the two biggest media whores in the world doing battle over the carcass of Republican politics. We'll see who has the youth and the drive and the ego to out-scum the other. At this point, with Dump's bloated carcass starting to stink to all but the most schizophrenic of Q devotees, my money's on Musk and a Ronnie D anointing forthcoming by winter.
