This is why Biden and Garland have failed. Someone should have been jailed by now. January 6 was NOT OK. Democracy is dying and the Democrats are watching it.
 
Is Garland still alive?

Not sure how you can blame any of this on Biden...he can't just force the DOJ to go after people and he can't exactly attack the people in charge until there is actual evidence on the record.

Yes, we can. Garland has been useless, but by the same token you can bet that even if they could get through the filibuster Manchin would not have voted to confirm Yates or someone else likely to have been more aggressive.
 
Pompeo can be Secretary of State but Yates cannot be Attorney General. Why? Because Republicans are fucking in charge of everything. Why? Because even when Democrats hold office and majorities they bend over every time Mitch says FILIBUSTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sen. Rick Scott Tuesday called on President Biden to resign, alleging that Biden is mentally unfit to carry out his duties as president.

"The most effective thing Joe Biden can do to solve the inflation crisis he created is resign. He’s the problem," Scott, R-Fla., said Tuesday ahead of Biden's planned remarks on inflation.

"Let’s be honest here. Joe Biden is unwell. He’s unfit for office. He’s incoherent, incapacitated and confused. He doesn’t know where he is half the time. He’s incapable of leading and he’s incapable of carrying out his duties," Scott added.

He was elected a US Senator out of a state he fleeced via I believe Medicare Fraud. Yet somehow he is the fiscal voice of the GOP and the country and media love it.
 
No what is weird is no one seems to care that Di$ney keeps donating to them. As long as they get their Marvel films and feel good cartoons (and $10k family vacations) the outrage never seems to last very long.

Oh, I care. I am hoping this is stuff that was donated before the legislature came after them. If they still donate to GOP in State AFTER that then I am going to have to reconsider my relationship with Disney.

I assumed Disney asked for an older donation back in light of DeSantis' jihad and the GQP, paragons of principle, said no.
