I believe that would be impossible to determine. On the other hand, shipments of large volumes of wood in a manner that avoids allowed importation methods would seem to be quite easy to detect and you could send the wood back to where it came from.

As for the difference in the movie, I assume Daiqurui is the name of the town and Macho Grande is the region.
