Huh. Looking at google maps, I guess the MAC is slightly northwest of the campus. I've always though it was more to the east. You're right.

And you "love" how Oswego fans think they are untouchable after winning a whole 5 straight games against Plattsburgh....after choking again in the SUNYAC playoffs, coming off of a 0-9-1 record against Plattsburgh, 20 SUNYAC titles to 9, 3NT to 1, whats the overall record?? If you know whats good for you, I wouldn't be thinking Plattsburghs "forgotten" about not beating Oswego...not sure you want to see that matchup on the grandest of stages with a cocky attitude like that.........yes...TIC

Had to fix a little bit at the beginning for you :p

If I have learned anything over the years of watching the Plattsburgh/Oswego games, and I know many of the other posters have seen plenty more then I, it is to never underestimate the squad from the far north country dressed in red. Of course, in DIII hockey, how can you underestimate any team. (Morrisville, Cortland Bowdoin to name just a few)

As I wrote in the Platty thread, congrats on your 20th league title. Fortunately the Lakers this year were consistent enough where the annual meltdown did nothing more than add to the running joke of failures past. The Lake Show is still going to be hosting a QF game in the NCAA's, their body of work the entire season secured that honor. While I would have loved the Lakers to win the SUNY tourney, I am glad not to have been on pins and needles watching my ultra talented team underachieve for almost an entire season only to pull it out at the very end. One bad bounce against Morrisville two weeks ago would have made for a very long night tonight for Platty fans.

I hope the two teams do meet in the NCAA's. Though I have no illusions that a game against the Cards will be anything but a battle, and could very well end in a loss, I do like the fact that over half of the players on this current Laker team know very little of the years of beatings we have taken at the hands of Plattsburgh. Most of these boys have never lost to the red menace. I just hope both teams play to their potential and make it to Minnesota, then the real sh*t talking can begin.

Yeah Plattsburgh and Oswego fans can brag about their seasons. But did they beat Southern New Hampshire like Potsdam did 6-0? I didn't think so....yeah...give the Bears a bid, oh and we tied Neumann too...

Though he forget to mention that they beat Morrisville, less than 2 weeks before Morrisville beat Oswego :cool:

It means don't click on the link!!! - And if you do and you get a message that appears to be a warning from Windows - do not try to close the window or click anywhere on the image - if you do click on it or try to close it - even using "Alt F4" you will download a "hijack virus/trojan" - instead turn off your computer.

This relates to the imageshack link - NOT - the D3WESTHOCKEY link.
