The collective Minnesota / Wisconsin / North Dakota drunk thread

Re: The collective Minnesota / Wisconsin / North Dakota drunk thread

OK, locals. Tell me something about Moorhead.
It's flat, and sits on the eastern side of the Red River, the river that forms much of the border between MN and ND.

Also, the people in the car were both from eastern WI, a good 9- to 10-hour drive east of Moorehead along I-94.

Can't fault anyone for fleeing Wisconsin.

Yeah, this does appear to be a Wisco, not a Minny, story.

North Dakota doesn’t have a women’s team anymore.

Re: The collective Minnesota / Wisconsin / North Dakota drunk thread

Gonna have to add the UP next thread.

A Pinconning man is in jail after allegedly employing a novel method of burglarizing a party store: Police say he crashed a stolen snowmobile through the business's front door and then stole a bunch of cigarettes and lottery tickets.

Re: The collective Minnesota / Wisconsin / North Dakota drunk thread

I still find it quaint that MI calls those stores "Party Stores." :D

Re: The collective Minnesota / Wisconsin / North Dakota drunk thread

No alcohol, but you could say this nice young Wisconsin man was drunk on The Truth.

Would a local please tell us something about Beaver Dam, WI?

It has a generic small town hockey rink and cross country course (with lots of geese flying around) and, it appears, a struggling white supremacist organization.

"Next man up."

Evidently also one of the temporary homes of Ric Flair.
