Just listen to a story 'bout a man named Prez
A poor country boy from the town of Horseheads
And then one day where lookin' where to go
In comes a letter from the town of Oswego

Lakers that is. National Championships - zero.

The next thing you know ole Prez is lookin' fine
Cheerin' for the Lakers and writing on Brule's dime
And then in Superior when the Lakers win in OT
Prez is stuck in the Johnson dormitory.

Bad weather you see. Flights cancelled.

Well now its time to say goodbye to the Oswego Lake
And head on east where a job is his to take
A guy named Charlie saw fit for him to hire
The man named Prez who will cheer for Elmira

Soaring Eagles they are - National Championships zero

So now you've heard the song of the Prezidential Three
With a spot of luck tonight, will make history
In two weeks will he be sitting in the Ridder?
Or at home saying, "Woulda, Shoulda, Coulda?"

No mention of Norwich, Elmira are the Soaring Eagles not Purple Eagles. Cute though

Well done Joe !

This is a worthy tribute to Prez. It takes a very special fan to pull off what he has, in supporting his three beloved teams with the passion he does.

Following our visit to Oswego last year he has favoured the Adrian hockey program with "conditional" support, which I value a great deal. I fear that support may be in jeopardy however.

With Adrian's recent victory over Elmira and considering how schedule sets up in Minnie, the Adrian Bulldogs may complete the Prez/trifecta by also eliminating Oswego and Norwich.


Not sure what Prez would say, but my guess is that Jed would probably pause from his whittling and give us a big "whheeeee dogggggie";):):D

NL, I wish you had been up in the EC section Sat night prior to game to hear TTF sing "The Ballad...."
I'm sure you would have enjoyed it.

Nope. Of this, I am fairly certain. Besides, if video did exist, I would know exactly who to get even with. :D
Now, my Biz Markie "performances"... that's a different story (but not on this trip... too sober). :)
