It's a shame the University of Western Michigan State didn't make it this year. He was really building them up during the MSU-Union game last season.

That was an SNL skit with Tina Fey. What Palin said was "you can see Russia from land in my state" which is absolutely true.

By the way, regarding the thread title, know your hairstyles. A mullet is short on the top and sides, long in the back. What Melrose is rocking is "hockey hair," long all over and slicked back. Similar, but different.

In between mispronouncing names of college players in this week's Frozen Four and telling us that each of the four teams involved have a great frnachise, I hope Barely has time to relate a few mindless anecdotes from when he coached the L.A. Kings....twenty years ago. Yep, he's tanned, rested and ready to make a complete fool of himself once again.

Also observed that if you prevent the other team from scoring, "that's how you win games".
