Its cute that people still think we're going to have mid-term elections. LIke we still have a real country and constitution and all of that.
 
We are having elections...stop it. If you just study how Authoritarianism works you would know how stupid a take that is.

Its important to be honest about what is going on...and to focus on the evil that is actually happening. If you run around proclaiming "the Midterms won't happen!!!" like a loonbat then when they do, even when they are fraudulent, it makes our whole argument look like hyperbolic nonsense and adds legitimacyto the GOPs agenda. It gives the uninformed an easy excuse to not fight or support us because we look stupid and crazy. (I'm not talking about MAGA I'm talking about people who can be swayed) The people who are likely to vote based on their pain only see what is fine of them stick to talking about those facts.

But sure...that is me supporting fake elections so good on you for calling me out on it. Good grief. 🙄
 
If anything is gonna happen, elections will happen like normal and if the Dems do well, we'll get Lindell 2.0 theories on how the Dems won :rolleyes:
 
We'll have elections but they'll never mean anything anymore. Jan 6th never happened. Trump won in 2020 as far as 50% of the population of the United States. Republicans have been cheating anyway they can and it will continue.

The good story in Texas would have been science saving that camp of girls with a flash flood warning and the entire camp with a plan to get out and get safe before the floods came. Didn't happen. We sure have the money for the search and rescue though.

The real story in Palestine would have been them getting rid of Hamas BEFORE their entire land and people was destroyed. The future mayor in New York still cares about Palestine? Why? It's gone.

The real story in Iran would have been them stopping the funding of terror around the world, and just living peacefully in their great country with their great people. Instead they just continued over and over and over again to poke the bear until they got bombed.

The real story in Russia would have been Putin coming to his senses and staying out of Ukraine. Becoming a friendly nation interested in more than Billions for the few like it's other pair Super Power the United States (who actually stayed a Super Power).

Instead all of this is just predictable. Everything has happened exactly as anyone would have thought. Including the Big Beautiful Bill which is just a massive tax cut for billionaire's on the backs of the poor. You know if Capitalism is so great why do the people at the top of it's pyramid need so much fucking help?

Oh, and fuck hollywood too. Seriously? Use a Dinosaur movie to preach liberal bullshit to me. Liberal bullshit that will never ever happen on this planet.
 
Going back to the discussion a page or two ago, I think the only place we could do a decedent-based application is Lithuania. Thought maybe Australia, but no that requires a parent not a grandparent.

Its been a while since I said this, but go eff yourself handy. You sure do spend an awful lot of time waiting for me to post and then having some stupid take that completely misses the point. It must suck for you that I'm posting only about a tenth as much now as I did before November of 2024. "Elections" in authoratarian regimes are NOT elections. "Elections" that do not adhere to the tenets of our constitution are not elections. I'd suggest you put me on ignore but it appears that would take away one of the few pleasures you must get out of life.

Hey genius...why dont you look at how often I post in response to everything on here and then realize you aren't as important as you think you are. That I respond to your awful takes when they show up is as much a function of me having a lot of free time to spend around here as it is that you post some just off the wall stuff. I don't have to spend more than 20 seconds dealing with anything you say because it is just your basic Blueanon drivel that populates most non-Twitter social media only dialed up to 11. You aren't the revolutionary thinker you think you are buddy!

You can try and change what you were saying to make it sound more profound or less uninformed if it makes you feel better...but it changes nothing. If you really meant any of this you would have just said it then...or you would just say "Hey Handy that is what I meant stop being so literal" and then I would have responded with "Gotcha" and then explained why I responded the way I did like I did when rufus apparently thought I was endorsing fake elections because he uses up all his brain power mocking drew!

I will repeat it again for the cheap seats...this country is filled with stupid phucking lazy people. All it takes is one dumb phrase and they will abandon all of their beliefs and follow the phrase. We see it every day...hell "Defund the Police" is one of the best recent examples of it. (Critical Race Theory and DEI are just as good or waste, fraud and abuse) Even though people agree with almost every tenant of what the movement actually fought for it got attacked and twisted and everyone quit on it and started turning on the Dems who talked about it. If we start talking about how elections wont happen, even in the abstract, then fake elections will become legitimized in the eyes of the lazy and stupid. (even on the Left) You want to say elections wont be free and fair, go right ahead. Say they will rig the game the lazy eat that up! (did you know every sports league is rigged and the refs hate only your team) Hell start it now so that by 2026 its a meme that can't be avoided and might just motivate people to do something. If we say they won't happen, then when they do people will just ignore us as "The Boys Who Cried Wolf" and we lose...hard.

We have 1 last shot at this and I aint doing anything that depresses the vote and plays into their hands. We need an angry populace, not one that gave up and sorry man but you sound like you quit.
