I think it's hatred and grift (which I think is what you're saying as well). These people are all true believers. They just want to mommy milky* it as much as they can.

It’s pretty effective, especially with the ones where it’s attention-seeking behavior. Now, the truly psychotic ones, planned ignoring doesn’t necessarily work.
That all said, children and adolescents in residential and/or inpatient facilities are going to learn far quicker and more effectively than Republicans, so…planned ignoring may not work with Republican voters either lol.
 
Crowder...the guy who is so pathetic he had to get chest implants to look stronger, beats his (soon to be ex) wife and is being sued for sexual harassment because he likes to slap people's balls or take out his dick and put it on people? That "guy" will be "Stephanie" in a decade.
 
I definitely think Shapiro is a true believer. Dude's so tiny outside and ugly inside that he can't get his wife aroused. :p Purely a transactional marriage there.
 
A few of these losers got high on their own supply and actually believe the derp, but it's mostly a grift like the Evangelicals. There are morons out there who believe this hype and can be milked. We have a half dozen poster here who have bought it. At least NAPALM was self-admittedly cynically using it make a pile.

North Carolina gop just completely neutered the governor, including making him select sc nominees from a list of the party of the departing judge; gov can no longer appoint members to state election board- the Republican auditor gets to do that

and other terrible shit the lazy ass people asked for
 
And like 2 years ago she helped sponsor legislation to protect trans people IIRC. I am sure Bill Maher will have her on to be the "non-crazy Republican" a ton next year.
