The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

Re: The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

UConn schedule to be released tomorrow (7/19)

As for the two open dates for UConn (per your spreadsheet), one is at BC and the other is at Providence. My guess is BC will be 12/8, and Providence will be the last Saturday of the season (3/9). I would be rather surprised if Hockey East allowed UConn to finish with 3 straight home games, but that's how it currently sits (3/1 vs. VT, 3/2 vs. Providence, 3/8 vs. UMass)

We shall certainly see. I disagree with the 3/9 choice seeing how no one else has two games that week, and Merrimack's the odd one out with zero. What about Providence on February 22nd? Either way, it'll all be revealed tomorrow.

Re: The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

Good point. I was going on the premise that I couldn't see HE giving UConn 3 straight at home to end the season, 2/22 is a possibility, as is the weekend of 1/18-19. Maybe they do the game at Providence that weekend, and do BC in December. As you said, we'll find out tomorrow.

Link to this year's spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qmduvEavIzlPZci4Y7UuB8wPuVSZZOOa3mdIjMgeea8/

Schedules not yet "effectively complete"*:

AHC: Fully Released :)

ECAC: Fully Released :)

HEA:
Boston College (Conference Games Only)
Connecticut (Conference Games Only)
Providence (Conference Games Only)

B1G: Fully Released :)

NCHC: Fully Released :)

WCHA: Fully Released :)

Independent: Fully Released :)

* Effectively complete meaning the school has released the schedule, or enough alternate information has been reported to determine the schedule is complete, minus exhibition games. Discretion will be used to determine whether WCHA teams will be using their entire allotment.

Thank you to everyone who has posted, is posting, or will post information to help compile this.

Re: The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

UConn schedule is out. You're right on except...

10/19 -- UConn @ Providence
12/7 -- UConn @ BC

Everything else you have is correct.

Re: The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

We do know that two of the three games are in Boston this year, given they had 2 in Providence last year. 8 March is a fairly safe bet, just not sure where. I would guess one of the games in Boston would be 27 October, and then the third I'd predict to be either 12 or 19 January, based on what's available, more likely the latter given the timings for other games. This doesn't preclude a weekday game from potentially happening, as happened last year, which would throw off all of this.

Re: The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

And with that, we know everyone's schedule.

Re: The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

While BC has still not officially released their schedule(most likely due to possible conflicting times with basketball) through the University of New Brunswick we can see they have an exhibition game at BC Saturday October 6 at 8 pm. Not sure if the 8pm is Atlantic time which would mean 7pm Eastern time. http://varsityreds.ca/sports/mice/2018-19/schedule

Either way, date is the most specific in terms of reference for the sheet. Thanks much. Wouldn't be surprised if they get another in there.

Re: The 2018-19 Schedules Thread

Hockey East has the BC schedule up now with no differences from what we have seen on this schedules thread. However there are few game time starts to note: Game at Notre Dame on New Years Eve is 5:05 PM, Exhibition with New Brunswick is 7pm and the Beanpot opener against Harvard is the 5:00 early game. Still not officially released which is very strange as Hockey East has it including the exhibition. http://www.hockeyeastonline.com/men/bc/sched19.php

Who cares if it is a 2 hr drive from South Bend or a 2.5 hour drive from Madison...
