I hope it passes. I hope the Feds ram it down the States throats along with the most draconian bathroom law they can come up with.

Sigh, we know you do. You are a big one for punishment. But in this case that punishes innocent victims. Ask Santa for a tornado to touch down on every NASCAR event next year. At least that's targeted better.

These f-ckstains are on their way out. They're old. They're rickety because they didn't take care of themselves ("hurr nobody can tell me not to smoke..."). True they have an insane number of kids starting really young because, you know, Christian values, but infant mortality is going back up not to mention gun deaths both accidental and as a result of their manly style of conflict resolution.

Just let the meth do its work. Nothing to see here. Move along.

This is different. This is one of those things that will come out during both the mid-term and 2020 election cycles. They're clearly intending on providing cover for [insert opponent's name here]. They will be railed for this, and they should be railed for this.

I hope so, but after this election I'm losing my religion as far as trusting the electorate goes.

LOL. Anyone who thinks that the electorate is going to care about any of this is kidding themselves. The only reason it mattered for Clinton is because she was a Democrat and a woman. Otherwise it would have been meaningless.

Sincere question: are you old enough to remember 1976? I just barely remember that there was a big wave of "we need honesty" after Nixon. We've already got "drain the swamp," and the swamp is now the proud possession of the GOP. If they are just overtly, baldly corrupt as Dick and Spiro, I think you'll see a big reaction against them, particularly if the Democratic nominee is a Jimmy Carter type who runs as Jefferson Smith.

Barely. I think the dynamic is much different now. I'm willing to bet that there is no Democratic wave over the next 4 years.
