Ozz -- the amount of free NC games for the rest of the East Region teams is limited. 3 NC games x 10 teams = 30 games that have to be found. Some Eastern schools have limited budgets and won't (or don't) travel west of the Hudson. Others have a full set of commitments (see Norwich) before the season starts.
Dunno. A pouch arrived on campus and he was gone.

I don't have a clue, this past season saw him go over the 100 win mark at Canton and they repeated as ECHL Champions. My guess is either he was offered a better position elsewhere or really hit heads with someone there.

Or maybe it wasn't his decision to go; the school probably wanted a fresh start in the NCAA?Maybe he doesn't like the NCAA
