You are aware that Alaska had a power play at the end of the game, which means they had an extra player on the ice, which means duh, of course they got an extra 2 penalties for an extra 15 minutes

Maybe I'm missing what you are stating, but sounds like you're claiming Alaska had more guys on the ice fighting so they got penalized more?

Interesting, original Phoenix Roadrunners moved to Tucson as a farm team, now back to the Valley playing at Mullett. I used to watch them at the Phoenix Coliseum back in the 1960's-70's.

I noticed the Friday ASU hockey game in Tempe against Michigan is on the same day as the ASU football game in Tempe against Utah. I wonder if the game time for hockey will be at the same time as football? Or will they move the hockey game up to an afternoon game?

Unlikely as there is no larger arena in AZ than Mullett, unless FootPrint or Gila or the
AZ Coliiseum was restructured to again host a hockey game. But I suspect that would be too expensive.
