PP on RIT with 1:00 left in the 2nd period ... SLU PP coming up which has been 3-4 so far tonight

End of the 2nd period ... 3-2 SLU leads it ... They start the 3rd on the PP for :45 seconds ... We looked much better/stronger that period ... Keep it up guys!!!

8-8 shots in the 2nd period ... 17-14 RIT for the game ... It definitely felt like we had a lot more than that, but we definitely controlled the play that period, for the most part ... The 3rd period is just about 2:00 left to go until we are underway ... 3-2 SLU leads it

Penalty on RIT for boarding, they are very lucky it's only a 2 minutes penalty, anywho ... SLU on the PP, up 4-2 in the 3rd (early)

Essery beats Ruby but clangs it off the post ... Still 4-2 SLU, we are putting a lot of pressure now, we have gotten stronger as the game has gone along

6-0 shots so far in the 3rd in favor of SLU ... Still 4-2 Saints, nearing the midway point in the 3rd period

GOALLL ... Dahl wide open out in front and makes it 5-2 in favor of SLU with 11:00 minutes remaining in the 3rd period now :)

We have to be impressed with the way SLU has responded after the disaster that was last weekend. Then coming in here to a hostile environment and let up a goal on the first shot and to respond as we have goes to show the character on this team. An even bigger statement is the character on this very young team!
