St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

It's 2-2 both in reality and now on the video feed as well ... Man is this ever shaping up eerily similar to last night, only reverse the teams

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

End of 2: 2-2. Win the third, win the game.

FSU sounded like they carried play most of that period. SLU used their timeout about 8 minutes into the period.

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

FSU scores 1:27 into 3rd. 3-2 FSU. Sounds like a great play to set it up.

SLU also takes a slashing penalty. 4x3 now.

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

FSU scores again, almost 2 minutes later. Puck was apparently loose, and FSU jams it in. SLU unhappy, wanted whistle.

Goal under review.

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

Time to pull Wenny ... He's been a little off tonight in my opinion.

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

Still plenty of time however for us to get a couple goals. Keep plugging away boys!

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

SLU takes a penalty on the PP. Essery. Come on boys...

Edit: G. Carey announced for penalty. Radio had said Essery.

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

Ferris scores on the PP. Huff. 5-2. There goes the undefeated season ;)

Weninger pulled, Parks comes in.

It was bound to happen sooner or later ;)

Wenny has been fighting it all night, definitely an off night for him! Let's see the freshmen get some time in goal.

Re: St. Lawrence @ Ferris St. Saturday 10/18

That does it in Big Rapids. 5-3 FSU win on their Pink in the Rink night. SLU gets 3 more 1st career goals, but can't keep FSU from scoring. Good luck to the Bulldogs the rest of the year, Husky season begins next weekend in Appletown!
