Another penalty on North Dakota, Kristo (Tripping), and that will end the major. SCSU will have a few seconds of powerplay as well after 1:49 of 4x4 hockey

Sioux take another penalty, and it will be 4x3 for SCSU for close to 1:20 or so. Not a good start for the Sioux.

Huskies take another penalty. Sioux will have a 4x3 for about 1:00 and then 4x4 for about :10, then a 5x4 for North Dakota for about :50

I was thinking the same thing. Hakstol rarely uses his timeouts, but I was thinking perhaps then would have been a good time.
