So Long, and Thanks For the Fish! UNO @ NMU, Nov. 20-21

Re: So Long, and Thanks For the Fish! UNO @ NMU, Nov. 20-21

Why have the threads been so quiet this year? It seems like none of the schools we have played except for Tech have had any posters this year.

Looking at our schedule (4th hardest schedule in the country according to RPI currently), if we are at, our around .500 after the MSU series, we are going to be in excellent shape for an NCAA tourney run.

Perhaps because of the F-N rediculous video of Flipper?
:D This thread title made my week.
EDIT: Don't mess with the fish.

Fire it up Youpers!!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kb9yhhflmvY watch through the first 20 seconds.

Or...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2AJ8aiE4a4 There's a lot o' natural gas in the UP.

This might work, though I expect that most NMU fans would have a better series of pictures to match up with the song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSUHxFjcQlQ

See ya Friday!

Paula Weston goes another week without mentioning NMU, but gives around 5 paragraphs to Michigan. I hate her, she SUCKS. Read the last paragraph of the article to get that joke......

Kind of off topic, but I'm moving to Nebraska in two weeks and was thinking about heading over to Omaha to watch the NMU series in January. Are any other NMU fans planning on making the trip this year?

Less than three hours until game time. Let's have a six point weekend and get the first two home wins this year against a ranked team and rival. LETS DO THIS ****!

I was thinking the same thing!:D
Other thoughts:
Hi all. I'm in Marquette and currently preparing for the big game. Mojo is inspired as the local paper has a nice story about our series prominently featured in the paper. I expect the evening will be full of shenanigans!!! Go Mavs!!!

Plan is on for a Tailgate, East side of the arena tomorrow, starting about 5:00. Any readers are welcome to stop in!

Reading the score update, it seems the Cats are out of their funk, Cats 5-1.

Now the Cats need to focus on tomorrow night, come out with the same fire and desire to take home the W.

LETS GO CATS!!!!

We were watching the feed at the LSSU game and saw this goal. Beautiful play. Thanks for posting it. You guys should tell B2 you want your audio synced up next time, I didn't get any audio with it tonight.

Re: So Long, and Thanks For the Fish! UNO @ NMU, Nov. 20-21

Missing Kujo tonight as we celebrate a great win! By the way, a 5 lb octopus hit the ice after NMU's first goal. Right in front of Dallas Drake!

Re: So Long, and Thanks For the Fish! UNO @ NMU, Nov. 20-21

Brown was 11/15 on face-offs which is really necessary without Butcher.

According to the box score on NMU's site, Mark Olver's goal was his only shot of the night.

Re: So Long, and Thanks For the Fish! UNO @ NMU, Nov. 20-21

The team that played tonight, was supposed to be the team we were going to see all year. Let's carry the momentum and dominate tomorrow night and sweep this ****!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: So Long, and Thanks For the Fish! UNO @ NMU, Nov. 20-21

We're baaaaaaaaaack. If this continues we're going to finish in the top 3 for sure. Let's roll this into an NCAA bid boys!
