Goalies make good catchers and vice-versa. One of my favorite all-time Seattle Mariners was Dan Wilson a really good catcher who also played goalie as a hockey player.

that's funny that you coached him.. and yes if my memory is correct i dont want to know details of the game. LOL... yes baseball was another one of his loves for sports.. he is a kid that will try anything and everything and most likely do well. just saying... :)

Yes, that game got out of hand in a hurry - but we had an excellent team. It's odd how paths can cross years later.

Best catcher the Mariners ever had. Someday that team will rise again. It's been all downhill since 2001 (when they tied the record set by the Cubs for wins in a season). Hope they can break the association with the Cubs ...

Roster is out - can't wait to see the new national banner on the 23rd (yes my big work project has been delayed yet again BUT it means I get to be home for this Tues game!):)

Had an email from Candy Petersen, so looking forward to seeing them back at the cornerstone hopefully more than once this season.

Was at the stone last night (announcing at regional figure skating championships); the new 2012 "wrap" wall is ready for that trophy!
I have a picture, but don't know how to load those into this thread.....

Pete - The St Norbert schedule lists St Norbert @ St Scholastica on Dec 7 & 8.
The NCHA schedule lists St. Scholastica @ St Norbert on Dec 27 & 28.
Misprint on the NCHA schedule I hope?

Dec 7 and 8 is correct. Both schools websites have it listed that way

Annual Green vs White game this afternoon at the CCC:
Ended in a 2 -- 2 tie. Haque had both Green goals, whlte Perry and Ekstrom scored for the White side.
Went to a shootout, with the White winning 2 -- 1.
White goals from Keefer and Baptista. Lone green goal from freshman Erik Cooper.
